K&D Landscaping is looking for a results-driven Landscaping Enhancement Manager to lead high-impact landscape enhancement projects and drive revenue growth through close collaboration with our Account Managers. This is a key role that bridges sales and operations to ensure enhancements are scoped, sold, scheduled, and executed efficiently and profitably.
Revenue Growth & Collaboration
Own and manage the enhancement revenue budget
Work with Account Managers to identify and pursue enhancement opportunities
Participate in walk-throughs to develop project ideas
Track proposal activity and pipeline, providing feedback to improve close rates
Project Execution & Scheduling
Coordinate enhancement work and manage project timelines
Oversee crew scheduling and workload balancing
Ensure work orders are clear and well-sequenced for execution
Material Procurement
Source and order all necessary plant materials, irrigation parts, and other installation materials
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Align procurement timelines with project schedules
Estimating & Pre-Construction Support
Assist Account Managers with takeoffs, scopes of work, and estimates
Develop accurate production hours and material lists
Ensure constructability and pricing accuracy in Aspire
Job Costing & Quality Control
Monitor job costs to ensure profitability
Conduct site visits for quality assurance and crew support
Lead or support final walkthroughs and punch lists
Team Leadership & Communication
Act as the central point of contact between AMs, crews, and vendors
Lead enhancement-related meetings and maintain clear documentation in Aspire
Hire, train, and coach enhancement team members
Achievement of monthly/quarterly enhancement revenue goals
Strong gross margins on enhancement work
On-time project completion and efficient crew utilization
High Account Manager satisfaction and engagement in enhancement selling
3–5+ years of experience in landscape construction or enhancement operations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proficient with project management or estimating software (Aspire experience a plus)
QAL and/or PCA certification preferred
