We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to assist our ops team with various client requests, organize various projects, and provide excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
• Help facilitate the day-to-day operations of real estate offices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
• Great written and verbal skills
