Job Description

Are you highly organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Team Owner & CEO across multiple businesses, including real estate, title services, mortgage, property management, and investment projects. This is not your typical EA role—you’ll act as an extension of leadership, staying one step ahead, anticipating needs, and helping turn big ideas into reality. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adaptable, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the position expands. Calendar & Communication Management • Research and register for networking events; manage and update calendar. • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Screen incoming information (calls, messages, emails, voicemails), compile key details, and report efficiently. • Prepare meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. • Manage travel logistics—flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meetings—ensuring all details are confirmed. • Assist with occasional personal tasks such as order pickups, mail handling, and errands. Networking & Travel • Attend networking events as needed, representing the Team Owner & CEO professionally. • Accompany or represent leadership during local and out-of-state travel, ensuring seamless support. Listing Assistance • Attend appointments when required. • Collect information and prepare listing paperwork; ensure compliance with required edits. • Organize offers, assist with MLS entry, and manage lockbox setup/retrieval. Growth & Expansion Support • Provide operational support across multiple entities, including: • Real Estate Sales Team. • Title Services. • Mortgage and Property Management Ventures. • Real Estate Flips & Investments. • Support process improvements and implementation of new systems. Qualifications: • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Background in Real Estate or interest in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred. • Base Salary + Bonus Potential.
