Summary of Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service in a professional manner

• Prepare restaurant tables, assist in setting/clearing up, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue as well as maintaining cleanliness in the nightclub

• Present restaurant menus, make recommendations, and assist customers in selecting food/beverages

• Upsell promotional items and provide suggestions for an enhanced experience

• Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues, and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction

• Maintain clean and organized workstations

Requirements

• Only for Indonesian Citizen

• Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field

• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage

• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded

• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions

• Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
